Con fondos ordinarios del Ministerio de Obras Públicas se procederá por la Dirección de Navegación y Puertos, al dragado y rectificación del caño de Simití y del canal de Zapata-Currupal, y a la construcción de un atracadero o muelle en el puerto de Simití, así como la construcción de las obras de la defensa del mismo puerto.
