º. La totalidad o parte de las medidas de estimulo a las exportaciones no tradicionales de que trata el artículo 7 de estos estatutos, podrán sujetarse a la celebración de contratos con el Fondo de Promoción de Exportaciones (PROEXPO), en las cuales se seguirán los criterios que se establezcan en desarrollo del artículo 3 del Decreto 2366 de 1974, y se señalarán, además, los derechos y obligaciones recíprocos de las partes, así como las sanciones e indemnizaciones a que su incumplimiento diere lugar.
