Corresponde a la Secretaria General de Minas y Petróleos el control sobre las becas que adjudique el Ministerio en virtud del presente Decreto. Las documentaciones serán presentadas por los aspirantes en la Secretaria General, en donde se llevará el archivo fie todos los contratos que se celebren, y a la cual corresponderá el control del cumplimiento por parte de los beneficiados de todas las obligaciones de que trata el artículo 7º.
