E ntrega de bienes vacantes o mostrencos. Los bienes vacantes o mostrencos que se encuentren en poder del DAS en supresión, deberán ser transferidos en el estado en que se encuentren y debidamente inventariados, al Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar (ICBF), de conformidad con lo previsto en el Código Civil y demás normas vigentes.
