El artículo veintinueve del Decreto 2828 de 1982, quedará así: "El primer control sobre las obligaciones que establece el presente decreto, comprenderá el lapso transcurrido entre su fecha inicial de vigencia y el 30 de junio de 1983. Sin embargo, el primer control de las obligaciones impuestas a las Corporaciones de Ahorro y Vivienda, en el artículo segundo del presente decreto comprenderá el lapso transcurrido entre su fecha inicial de vigencia y el 30 de junio de 1984".
