La suma de que trata el artículo anterior será entregada oportunamente a una Junta de Fiscalización y Control compuesta de tres (3) miembros, así: uno designado por el Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión social, otro por la Contraloría General de la República y un tercero por la Confederación de trabajadores de Colombia (C. T. C.).
