Con el fin de que la empresa de calzado de que se habla en el presente Decreto, empiece a funcionar a la mayor brevedad, créase una comisión especial encargada de elaborar sus estatutos y proceder a su organización, y la cual estará integrada por los Gerentes de las entidades enumeradas en el artículo sexto del presente Decreto. Los estatutos de dicha empresa deberán ser aprobados por el Gobierno Nacional.
