Solicitud de Retiro. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares podrán solicitar su retiro del servicio activo en cualquier tiempo, el cual se concederá cuando no medien razones de seguridad nacional o especial del servicio que requieran su permanencia en actividad, a juicio de la autoridad competente.
