o . Sólo podrán ejercer la profesión de Diseño Industrial quienes cumplan los siguientes requisitos

Haber obtenido título profesional en Diseño Industrial, otorgado por institución de educación superior debidamente aprobada por el Gobierno Nacional.

Tener el registro del título profesional, en la forma legalmente prevista, y

Haber obtenido la tarjeta profesional expedida por la Comisión Profesional Colombiana de Diseño Industrial.
