ARTICULO 27. Solicitud de Investigación Disciplinaria. - El Superintendente Nacional de Salud, los Superintendentes Delegados para las Seccionales solicitarán a los Directores, Gerentes y demás funcionarios que representen a las entidades vigiladas, la iniciación de procesos disciplinarios contra los servidores y las demás personas que en su concepto hayan incurrido en conductas que puedan dar lugar a sanciones. Dichos funcionarios deberán dar respuesta a la Superintendencia sobre las acciones tomadas en relación con tales solicitudes, dentro de los quince (15) días siguientes al recibo de la comunicación.
