Artículo treinta y ocho . POSESIÓN. El Gerente de la Zona Franca tomará posesión ante el Presidente de la República o en su defecto ante el Ministro de Desarrollo Económico. Los demás funcionarios o empleados se posesionarán ante el Gerente o ante el funcionario en quien delegue esta función.
