Prima de Navidad. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo tendrán derecho a percibir anualmente del Tesoro Público una prima de Navidad equivalente a la totalidad de los haberes devengados en el mes de noviembre del respectivo año, de acuerdo con su grado o cargo.

Parágrafo

Cuando el Oficial o Suboficial se encuentre en comisión mayor de noventa (90) días en el exterior, la prima de Navidad será del veinticinco por ciento (25%) del sueldo básico del grado en dólares, a razón de un dólar por cada peso y la diferencia será pagada en pesos colombianos.
