El Círculo tendrá una organización administrativa tanto para la sede principal como para cada una de las sucursales, acorde a su objeto y fines, la cual será determinada por el Manual o Reglamento de organización y funciones que será elaborado por el Administrador y aprobado por la Junta Directiva.
