De la financiación.

Los gobiernos nacional, departamental, comisariales e intendenciales, correspondientes a la zona amazónica, de conformidad con los organismos de planeación respectivos, harán las apropiaciones presupuestales que requiera el desarrollo progresivo de la Universidad de la Amazonia.
