LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.3.3.2.2.1.6. Admisión en los grados de la educación básica. Las instituciones educativas, estatales y privadas, podrán admitir, en el grado de la educación básica correspondiente, a los educandos de seis (6) años o más que no hayan cursado el Grado de Transición, de acuerdo con su desarrollo y con los logros que hubiese alcanzado, según lo establecido en el proyecto educativo institucional.
