Retiro por inasistencia al servicio por más de cinco (5) días sin causa justificada. Los miembros del Nivel Ejecutivo de la Policía Nacional serán retirados en cualquier tiempo del servicio activo, por inasistencia al servicio por más de cinco (5) días consecutivos sin causa justificada o cuando acumulen igual tiempo en un lapso de treinta (30) días calendario, sin perjuicio a la acción penal correspondiente.
