Las Instituciones Estatales u Oficiales de Educación Superior tienen derecho a la devolución del Impuesto a las Ventas que paguen por los bienes, insumos y servicios que adquieran. La devolución del Impuesto a las Ventas deberá efectuarse mediante cheque.
