Destinación de los recursos de la participación de agua potable y saneamiento básico en los departamentos, distritos y municipios . Hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2020, los departamentos, distritos y municipios podrán financiar las actividades señaladas en el Decreto 441 del 2020, así como las actividades que se deriven de las previsiones contenidas en el presente decreto, con los recursos del Sistema General de Participaciones para agua potable y saneamiento básico que les sean asignados.
