Art. 1°. En el presente año los Consejeros Electorales de los Departamentos se instalaran el día 1° de Septiembre y procederán a hacer los nombramientos que les corresponden, a fin de que las juntas y los jurados electores entren a ejercer sus funciones el 15 de Septiembre y el 1° de Octubre respectivamente.
