Artículo segundo. La Empresa Colombiana de Productos Veterinarios "VECOL" podrá contratar con otros organismos oficiales o con entidades particulares o con personas, la venta y distribución de la vacuna antiaftosa de origen nacional, siempre y cuando dichos organismos, entidades y personas se sometan al cumplimiento de las disposiciones que regulan dicha actividad.
