El que perturbe, con violencias para las personas, la pacífica posesión de alguno sobre una propiedad inmueble, incurrirá en reclusión de uno a ocho meses, y multa de diez a doscientos pesos.

Si el hecho lo cometieren varias personas con armas, o más de diez personas sin armas, la pena será de reclusión por ocho meses a dos años, y multa de doscientos a quinientos pesos.
