Durante la jornada de participación democrática que se adelantará los días 25 y 26 de octubre de 2003 los empleadores deberán dar estricto cumplimiento al artículo 57, numeral 6 del Código Sustantivo de Trabajo, para lo cual concederán al trabajador las licencias necesarias para el ejercicio del sufragio.
