º. Objeto . El presente decreto tiene como objeto disponer la creación de un sello que permita identificar, en su empaque individual, encendedores de gas de bolsillo importados, clasificados por las subpartidas arancelarias 9613.10.00.00 y 9613.20.00.00 y por lo tanto, se constituye como documento soporte de la declaración de importación para ser adherido al empaque individual de las mercancías, de conformidad con lo establecido en el presente Decreto. La Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales determinará mediante resolución el contenido del sello.
