Decreto 137 de 2025 · "Por medio del cual se adoptan medidas extraordinarias e integrales de protección para personas, grupos y comunidades afectadas por las graves violaciones a los derechos humanos y DIH, ocasionados por los grupos armados organizados y otros actores violentos, que originó la declaración del estado de conmoción interior en el área de influencia geográfica definida en el Decreto 0062 de 2025"
