ARTICULO 74 . Recurso contra la sanción. Contra las providencias que imponen sanciones procede únicamente el recurso de reposición, que debe interponerse y sustentarse dentro de los tres (3) días hábiles siguientes a su notificación y será resuelto dentro de los tres (3) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha del vencimiento del término para interponerlo.
