El Municipio de Florencia queda en la obligación de transferir a título gratuito a los colonos que tengan edificada casa de habitación o que lleguen a edificarla en lo sucesivo dentro del área que se adjudicara, el dominio y propiedad de los respectivos lotes, sin que éstos puedan exceder de la extensión indicada por la Ley 98 de 1928 .
