El que sin autorización introdujere en un buque, aeronave, carro de combate o medio de transporte colectivo de la Fuerza Pública, materias explosivas o inflamables, incurrirá por esta sola conducta en prisión de seis (6) meses a un (1) año, y en prisión de uno (1) a tres (3) años cuando se produzcan daños.
