Artículo tercero. Las personas a que se refiere el artículo anterior, deberán manifestar por escrito a la Oficina Jurídica, en el término de dos (2) meses, contados a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, que deseen obtener la credencial o certificado de expendedores de drogas, y pedir, igualmente, que la solicitud que han presentado, les sea tenida en cuenta con el fin indicado. En el mismo escrito, el peticionario deberá expresar, en cuál de las ciudades mencionadas en el artículo décimo de este Decreto, desea asistir al curso de capacitación.
