Los agentes del Estado no recibirán amnistía ni indulto. Los agentes del Estado que hubieren cometido delitos con ocasión, por causa, o en relación directa o indirecta con el conflicto armado antes de la entrada en vigor del Acuerdo Final de Paz, recibirán un tratamiento penal especial diferenciado, simétrico, equitativo, equilibrado y simultaneo de conformidad con esta ley.
