Protección en acciones que afecten el orden público y la seguridad. Cuando se presenten acciones que afecten el orden público o la seguridad o se tenga conocimiento de la presencia de actores armados ilegales en el territorio o en el área de influencia de los Pueblos Indígenas en Aislamiento, las autoridades locales y nacionales competentes deberán tomar todas las medidas para proteger la vida, los territorios y la condición de aislamiento de dichos pueblos.
