Art 10. En los casos de los artículos 859, 970 y 1995 del Código. Civil, se extingue el derecho de retención de la cosa cuando se verifica el pago o se asegura la deuda a satisfacción del juez, previo un juicio sumario seguido de conformidad con lo establecido en el Título XII del libro 2o del Código Judicial.
