Art. 100. La sección de reconocimiento se compondrá del Administrador, el Contador i el Fiel de balanza. No se procederá al reconocimiento, ni se continuará éste, sin estar presentes dichos empleados ; i la dilijencia que se estienda se firmará por todos ellos.

Cuando las funciones del jefe del Resguardo se lo permitan, asistirá tambien al acto del reconocimiento, en cuyo caso firmará la dilijencia.
