El Gobierno Nacional, por conducto del Ministerio de Educación, auxiliará con la cantidad de diez mil pesos ($ 10,000) la celebración de la Tercera Semana Médica Nacional, que se verificará en la ciudad de Cartagena a fines del año de 1939. Dicha suma se entregará al Tesorero General de la Federación Médica Colombiana, quien llenará los requisitos legales, establecidos para esta clase de auxilios.
