Tarjeta de identidad para el personal civil. Denomínase “Tarjeta de Identidad para el personal civil” el documento que están obligados a portar los empleados públicos y trabajadores oficiales al servicio del Ministerio de Defensa Nacional.

Parágrafo

El documento de que trata este artículo únicamente presta mérito para la identificación ante las autoridades militares y no reemplaza la Tarjeta de Reservista.

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.3.1.4.16.2. Sanciones. Las sanciones pecuniarias se aplicarán mediante resolución motivada y se cancelarán dentro de los 60 días siguientes a su ejecutoria. Si no se pagan dentro de este término se procederá al cobro mediante la jurisdicción coactiva fiscal.
