La suma a que se refiere el artículo anterior se incluirá en el Presupuesto, a partir de la próxima vigencia, a razón Je cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000.00) anuales, y se entregará a la Directora del establecimiento, previo el lleno de los requisitos de ley, especialmente de la Ley 71 de 1946 .
