º. Adicionar las siguientes funciones al artículo 5º del Decreto 1141 de 1999

Señalar y delimitar dentro de los territorios indígenas debidamente identificados, delimitados y georreferenciados por la autoridad competente, las zonas mineras indígenas en las cuales la exploración y explotación del suelo y subsuelo mineros deberán ajustarse a las disposiciones especiales del Código de Minas.

Señalar el área de la reserva minera indígena y las condiciones especiales en que en la misma puedan desarrollarse actividades mineras, de conformidad con las disposiciones legales vigentes.
