° Los especialistas en Derecho Público nombrados por Decreto número 079 de 1970 para integrar la Comisión tendrá derecho a honorario de cien pesos ($ 100.00) por cada hora de sesión, con asistencia certificada por el Secretario, quien deberá pasarla mensualmente al Ministerio de Gobierno para que se disponga el pago consiguiente.
