El Control Fiscal de la empresa, corresponde a la Contraloría General de la República, el cual se ejercerá en forma posterior y selectiva, conforme a los procedimientos, sistemas y principios establecidos en el artículo 268 de la Constitución Política y en la Ley 42 de 1993, y las normas que la complementen o modifiquen.
