El Gobierno Nacional ordenará erigir en el municipio de Marinilla, Departamento de Antioquia, un monumento al ilustre Prelado Monseñor Emilio Botero González, con la siguiente inscripción:

"Al ilustre Prelado Monseñor Emilio Botero González, en el centenario de su natalicio 1884 - 1984 la República de Colombia (Ley ... de 19...).
