° Si la junta de remate considera conveniente dar de alta e incorporar en los inventarios algunos de los bienes u objetos decomisados definitivamente para que sean puestos al servicio del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades operativas de las institución y el buen estado de los bienes u objetos, así lo determinara en le acta en que se suscribirá también por el delegado de la Contraloría General de la República. Para el cumplimiento de lo aquí dispuesto, se requerirán la aprobación y orden correspondiente del ordenador de gastos del Departamento.
