°. Beneficios en salud . En materia de salud los concejales tendrán los mismos beneficios que actualmente reciben los servidores públicos de los municipios y distritos y en consecuencia tendrán derecho a la prestación de los servicios de salud incluidos en el plan obligatorio de salud del sistema general de seguridad social en salud y a la cobertura familiar consagrada en este mismo sistema.
