La base del remate en juicio ejecutivo será: las dos terceras partes del avalúo si fuere primera licitación; la mitad, si fuere segunda y cualquier cantidad en posteriores licitaciones.
Cuando un remate no se cumpla por el rematador, subsiste la anterior base de licitación para la nueva.
