Los Fondos de Empleados podrán establecer en sus estatutos la amortización parcial o total de los aportes de capital hechos por los asociados, mediante la constitución de un Fondo o reserva especial con ese fin. En este caso la amortización se hará siguiendo un estricto orden de prelación en el tiempo para los aportes de los asociados.
