En la tramitación de los juicios a que se refieren los artículos anteriores, los Jueces de Tierras, cuando lo estimen oportuno, podrán comisionar a los Jueces de Circuito, a los Jueces Municipales o a los Alcaldes para la práctica de pruebas distintas de la inspección ocular, la cual llevarán a término personalmente.
