Además, las víctimas tienen derecho a obtener respuesta oportuna y eficaz en los plazos establecidos para el efecto, a aportar documentos u otros elementos de prueba, y a que dichos documentos sean valorados y tenidos en cuenta por las autoridades al momento de decidir.
