El Gobierno Nacional implementará las medidas necesarias para el fortalecimiento de los laboratorios de genética para la identificación de la paternidad o maternidad del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar con calidad altamente calificada, con investigadores que acrediten calidad científica en la materia, que cumplan los requisitos nacional e internacionalmente establecidos, y con la tecnología adecuada.
