El uso y manejo de plaguicidas estarán sujetos a las disposiciones contenidas en la Ley 09 de 1979, el Decreto 2811 de 1974, Reglamento Sanitario Internacional, las demás normas complementarias previstas en el presente Decreto y las que dicten los Ministerios de Salud y de Agricultura o sus institutos adscritos.
