El comprobante de los egresos por gasto de material será la cuenta de cobro presentada por la persona que hizo el suministro o prestó el servicio, y debe llevar el visto bueno de la primera autoridad política del lugar. Cuando el gasto corresponda a un servicio extraordinario no fijado en el Presupuesto, la cuenta de cobro debe acompañarse con la autorización respectiva
