°. Campo de aplicación. El presente decreto fija los elementos salariales para los empleados públicos vinculados o que se vinculen al Sector Central de la Administración Distrital de Bogotá, D. C., y a los de sus entidades descentralizadas, a los de la Personería, la Contraloría, la Veeduría y el Concejo-del Distrito Capital, con las excepciones previstas en el presente decreto.
