Los datos sobre población a que se refieren los artículos sobre participación de los Municipios en el impuesto a las ventas serán los correspondientes a las cifras más recientes elaboradas por el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística.

Parágrafo

Para efectos de esta norma, la actualización de los datos sobre población que haga el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística debe comprender la totalidad de Municipios del país. CAPITULO IV DE LAS PROHIBICIONES Y OTRAS NORMAS.
